Q: Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds unless you purchase Ticket Guardian Race Insurance. Please follow up directly with Ticket Guardian if you would like a refund.

Q: Can I defer my registration?
A:
There are no deferrals.

Q: Is there race day packet pick up?
A:
There is no race day packet pick up.What if I got my bib mailed?

Q: What if I got my bib mailed?
A:
You only get the bib in the mail. You can get your Santa suit at packet pickup or race morning at the expo area.

Q: Can someone else pick up my race bib?
A:
Anyone can pick up your race bib/Santa suit for you.

Q: Can I transfer my entry to another person?
A:
Yes. You must be logged into your Race Roster Account. You can find the login option at the top right of the registration form. Select the ‘Transfer’ tab on the left side of the registration form. Now select the button called ‘Transfer to a new participant’. Follow the next steps to complete the participant transfer. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for participant transfers.

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A:
No dogs allowed on course.

Q: Can I run with a stroller?
A:
Strollers are ok. Just register the baby in the stroller if you want them to get a t-shirt/medal.
